You might want to consider what you health was BEFORE the fast. Were you having regular bowel movements? Did you have trouble with constipation? What was your diet like? Did you eat a lot of meat? These things are important to think about because it can be signs of high toxicity. I am no doctor but I have read alot and I did a 30 day fast and I had no bowel movements on my own the whole time! I went to colonics and I did enemas everyday to get the "Crap" out of there.

Most people have lots of old toxic fecal matter trapped in their colon which is over 5 feet long.. that's a lot of sh!t! Research ways of getting that stuff to soften so it can be elimiated!

I hope you didn't give up as you can't compare your results to your wifes. You have two different bodies and different biological and physiological makeups.

Fasting has such wonderful benefits and the human body can take care of itself if we let..so stay on track and focus on healing!
