Hey. You are super honest in your blog. That's cool. You clearly want to try something new and make a fresh start. That is a real challenge, but you sound like you are doing really well. Congratulations!
Can I offer a little advice? Taking note of every calorie, every mouthful, every single ingredient seems like a bad idea. It will only make you concentrate on food more and more. I am not saying it isn't good to be aware - it is amazing that you are so reflective. But maybe it isn't necessary to take such detailed notes about what you are eating.
As for your husband, how is he handling these changes? Is he supportive? I hope so. I wonder how he is dealing with his addictions.
I am totally addicted to food - especially sugar. So, I am not judging you at all. I really admire what you are doing.
