Hi dirtyfoot,
I am with you in this journey. I plan to water fast for 4o days as well. Onlywater. My prefast starts tomorrow, Friday July 15. Only fruit, raw veggies, and water.
But from Monday on, it will be water ONLY. 40 days.
LET'S DO IT!
