Have you read the biik The Easy Way to Quit Smoking by Allen Carr? Trust me I didn't think a book would help me but it has, you seriously should read it. Your even supposed to smoke while reading it, the author smoked 100 cigarettes a day. By the end of the book you do not want another one. I litterally read it (215 pages) in one day, and quit. I am reading it again just for fun, but I promise you you'll be amazed. Ellen Degeneres, Ashton Kutcher and Anthony Hopkins all quit with this book. My friend gave it to me after he quit, and I know it will help you too. Good luck! By the way, no willpower required. I havn't felt deprived or stressed or anything.
