3 years. stopped counting past 3 dozen. Never experienced burning. I've done many variations of flushing. Recently I started adding coffee enemas on my off weeks and the day after my flush. All the experts have their "must do" procedures. Found out quickly a lot of that was unneccesary (depending on your state of health) and how flexible you can be and open to experimentation.
