Jesus Christ said, " The poor you will have with you always. " There will always be someone hungry. Mr. Clinton can have all the initiatives he wants but these things usually mean first world nations, esp. the United States, spending taxpayers money doing the work that third world nations should do themselves. I know how these third world nations, esp. in Africa, can improve themselves. Stop the top to bottom government corruption.
