Hi again, I just posted a graphic on the Curezone web site at
which illustrates the knee-chest position, a popular position in which to receive an enema.
This is a comfortable way to take an enema, the only problem is that if you are doing this on your own, the thin rectal tube tends to slip out. On the web you can find rectal attachments with a bulbous end that helps to keep it in place, but the knee-chest position is most often used when you have a partner to help out.
One big advantage of having an enema in this position is that you can usually comfortably accept a larger quantity of water, and that water is able to reach through the transverse colon, and even into the ascending colon when the lower portions of the colon have been previously cleansed.
There are a number of informative enema images on the Curezone web site at

including diagrams of the various sections of the colon.
Again, maximum congratulations for sticking with your fast through the bad days as well as the good. It's not always easy, but when you stay with it until the end, it's hard to describe the wonderful feelings you experience physically, as well as mentally!
