Thank you so much for taking the time to reply, Beth. It gave me such a happy rush, I'm only humbled and happy if I'm able to inspire others. That is why I'm fasting in the first place, to be able to record the experience for others' benefit, and thus become a better Nutritional Therapist.
I wish you all the best, I'm sure you'll get where you wanna go with your fast when you don't beat yourself too much for errors! If you ever start a blog here I'll make sure to follow your story!
