What people have to say about vinegar may be simply amusing to you, however, while I DO NOT KNOW IF IT IS TOTALLY SAFE, I do know it has helped me. I don't know why. However, I tend to have a lot of neck pain. One day it was extra bad. By evening, I was very weary of it and tried heating pads, which didn't help at all. I read something on the internet, I don't remember where or even what health issue exactly I was reading on, but it said to drink apple cider vinegar or even put it on your skin. So I put 2 Tablespoons of store bought apple cider vinegar in a glass of apple juice and drank it. I also put store bought white vinegar on my neck. In a very short period of time, my neck felt better. I do not know why. I do not know if it is smart to consume so much vinegar. All I know is, even though I didn't believe it would do anything at all, it worked. I no longer put 2 Tablespoons of vinegar in my juice and I don't even drink it every day, but I still do sometimes, and I still put in on my skin at times. Call my amusing if you like, but there is very little I read anywhere that makes a difference that I can tell, especially that quickly. So anything, that can make me feel better, is okay in my book, especially when it doesn't come with a huge price tag.
