simple exercise practice tensioning neck muscle ackording to my research & some medicos i had attended most sufferers of sleep ap have fatty tissue build up in the neck, by building up the neck muscles to a point where you can get someone to attempt to choke you & they can't suceed because of your muscles stop them is the aim.
no i am not saying you can expect to stop the choke straight away but after a fair bit of practice holding the muscles tense & turning your head back left & right you will develope better sleep with no apnea
