It's a couple of weeks later. I don't know if these latest results are a result of getting those 2 big stones coming out or drinking all these fruit smoothies - apple, orange, banana, grapes - all in a blender, but I had another amzing flush.

The morning elimination was mainly floating brown debris - pinhead size brown "stones" a few small green stones. Most of what amazed be was from my afternoon salt water flushes. In the end, dozens of old, dark green, irregular shaped stones - pea to marble sized. Have they been that well hidden and buried the last 3 years? May be the almonds I've been eating had something to do with it, or the garlic, or other supplements. Something has changed, I just don't know what it is. Same daily routine. Lunch of Apples and oatmeal (Noon), dinner of 1/2 pototato, brocolli, peas and brussel sprouts (4pm). As I said, snacking on almonds in between.
ES at 8 and 10 and the oil mix at midnight(sunflower oil, just 1 egg yolk this time, and this time, unlike before when I used canned frozen OJ, I peeled a couple of oranges, threw them in the blender and strained it out.) So, too many variables, but keeps me stoked for the next one.
