I am so sorry you are experiencing this. Sounds like you have a handle on it though, which is great. I wish you continued perserverance and success!

My boyfriend is going through the same thing but his has gone misdiagnosed since last July. The pain comes and goes, although it has hit exponential levels just this week. Second set of xrays (yuk) today taken from a different angle to confirm what the first set were hinting at. We'll see.

Anyway, I am going to talk him into acupuncture for this. By the way, I noticed you mentioned eating greens. Am sure you already know, but spinach is considered a no-no when one has stones, at least that is what I read.
