hi! i ve been through an other type of cleansing and i ensure u that it is the only way to overcome health problems.... i had lots of problems for years and after this cleanse everything went better! My only problem right now is that i just moved from Greece and came to Vancouver to stay and here there are no doctors that support my kind of cleanse...which is from my experience the only that can help people detoxicate their system and overcome illnesses! from my experience the water/juice cleanse isnt working! i had a different cleanse i had to eat certain meals for 1 week and then for 3 days i didnt eat or drink anything... (it was horrible... but it worthed the suffering) of course i didnt do anything i was sleeping most of the time during these days..! after that i had 2 days with juices and then 2 specific meals per day.... for 14 days..! it is a lot of suffering in the beginning but afterwards you feel so good ! you feel free.. anyways i suppose there is no such doctor here that can provide me the support for this kind of cleansing... so i m still taking advice from my doctor in greece! due to the fact that my illnesses were chronic it needs patience and slowly slowly everything is coming back to normal.... This period everytime im doing fasting for one day per week...im feeling so good...it is amazing how sth so simple can make you so rejuvated... i dont know if you can try it because u should follow the instructions from a doctor! and i dont think that there is any doctor here such the doctor in Greece... im trying to find one for myself but...everybody is using helbs or diets or juices or....i dont know this is not the way it is supposed to be....
i dont now why is happening this but it is a pitty for lots of people who suffer from lots of illnesses which can be treated by fasting ! (real fasting....!!) if u find something like i that please let me know....hope the best...
