Just a thought, although I know you didn't ask for my advice...but pretty much none of what you ate had any nutrient value of any kind, except, perhaps the egg. You could conceivably stay a lot more satisfied, if you replaced the empty calories with things that were offering vitamins, minerals and fiber. 2 slices of whole wheat toast with some almond butter, an apple, a handful of grapes, an egg and a mixed salad with fresh veggies and light ranch dressing would have kept you much happier, for about the same calorie intake (or less), also, your body wouldn't crave things as much. Usually the body craves nutrients, and we misinterpret it as chocolate, or chips, when it really wants complex carbs and healthy oils.
You know?
Also, one other point from someone who has battled EDs for a long time, you sound like your setting yourself up for bingeing disaster. You'll be so hungry you'll stuff yourself, and undo all the calorie restriction you did. Your blood sugar will go haywire, and your glands and hormones will be constantly out of whack. You'll be tired, not tired and hungry all the time.
Just a few thoughts,
Be well!
