Glad to hear you are still hanging in there! Take a look at my Blog - I think you will find some of the answers to your questions as to why it gets harder. Basically it is a "Mind" challenge more than it is physical. Once I realized this the intensity seems to have diminished.

Regarding the BM - you have to realize that you are taking in limited solids from fiber in the juice so dont expect normal BM's on a normal frequency. I think as long as I have one or two every other or third day - it's ok. If you feel constipated thats another thing - means you are clogged and perhaps should continue the enemas or consider colonics.
