sunshine p, did the apple cider vinegar work? as i have an high blood pressure problem and cannot use antacid that one purchases from a chemist. i asked my colleague what he used when suffering heartburn etc. as he suffers badly with diabetes and has the same problem. he told me to simply drink a glassful of hot water, which i tried and it worked almost immediately. it's just another remedy i hope the a c vinegar done the trick for you, tomi.
