Hey, good for you! If not for you, than for your kids. I am so excited for you to begin this new transformation for your life, you sound very determined. Just think of the new light that your family will be able to see you in both while you are losing weight and after you have accomplished your goal. The hard part may not be the actual act of fasting, but being able to stay strong at group functions and holidays and such. Just stay firm and strong and you will accomplish amazing feats!
