Hello, I am wondering if I can chat with you on instant message, private e mail or even on the phone. I relate to you SO much and would love to speak with you. I also have similar issues with overeating and I am today just starting a 30 day water fast due to toxicity, weight gain, and binge eating. I am about 5'2'' and 140lbs today. Just three days ago I was 7 pounds lighter. That happens to me often. I am going into somewhat of a hibernation. I am going to go to school and go to the beach down the street for exercise, but that is absolutely it. I am only doing what I need to do and I am going to face the emotions I have been running from for so long. Are you fasting now? What happeneed. do you want to fast with me?
