Hi Raw Monkey!

Thanks for posting your diet plan. It is really helpful for me to read that. I've been vegetarian/vegan for a while, and now I'm in the process of making the transition to raw foods. The problem is that I don't have a set diet plan and I eat very randomly and sporatically. I want to start a workout plan as well and it would probably be better for me to be more structured with my diet if I want to achieve my goals. Thanks for providing some inspiration!

I'm also coming off a 28 day cleanse and am Probably going to attempt a liver flush this week, so wish me luck with that.

Also I'm wondering what supplements you take in addition to your food? You may want to check out the Power Mix from the Amazon Herb Company.
