I just walked over to the neighbor's house that has the dandelion and asked if it was all right if I forage for their dandelion greens and I got the green light! Today I got as much as I could fit into two hands and it will be enough for two days. ;) The land is peculiar here -- very dry, almost all sage and prairie grass. Even dandelions are hard to find, so I'm very excited to find a good (and very unpolluted and wild) source! The only other dandelions I have found have been on the edge of the highway and of course those would be affected by gas exhaust, etc.

I really overdid it on the chocolate yesterday, but luckily that only made me feel uncomfortable for a few hours.
