For an immediate odor relief treatment, try a wash of hydrogen peroxide. It shouldn't burn or sting or anything and sometimes the Vitamin C will if you've been suffering with this for awhile. See if you can find some chewable Lactobacillus tablets like L.reuteri or L. acidophilus (I use a lemon chewable L. Reuteri from Nature's sunshine) and insert that, that helps to restore good bacteria. After that you might want to do Vitamin C to help restore acidity, it takes time and experimentation, though..
