anytime you go to a dr and say you eat pizza and brownies, no mater if you had one bite, they are gonna make a case of it. it happens in every aspect of the health and/or medical field. i went to drs for yrs and i learned to be my own dr to a certain extent and know when to tell them what they wanted to hear. it sucks because you want to be honest, but they just cannot see things the way you do and have no idead how to try even if they wanted to. so, i guess you either have to not reveal everything or be prepared for the lectures and/or questioning.
