Sorry to hear about some of your life's struggles, you certainly are determined and seemed very strong willed and determined, fantastic! I know the struggles of dealing with skin issues. I have psoriasis on my scalp, it is so apparent that sometimes for weeks at a time i have to wear things on my head like scarves and so on to hide it. I also had it on my elbows and knees and ankles since i was 12, it took me until my 30's to realize it was too much sugar, via candy, ice cream, products with refined flour and too much vino. Just recently i went through a 30 day juice fast and it cleared up much of it, i only had it left on one ankle and one big toe, then i messed up diet and it has returned on my head, but i am doing a Master Cleanse and will return to mostly raw vegetarian eating, still trying to research where fish and organic free range animals will play into all of this. But i have faith and experience that the raw organic lifestyle will eventually clear up all of the psoriasis, even on my ankle which i have had for 26 years! So for me it was the refined sugars that really messed me up. I wish you well with your fast!!
