also, when you are done decluttering, you are welcome to come declutter my place, lol. i've been working on it off and on since your blog. it is not easy. some things that are hard to part with are those accessories that come with appliances. like when you buy a hand blender, you get a contraption that is supposed to be like a food processor. you often get one that does nuts. i don't need all that, it is what i bought the blender for in the first place, to take care of all that. i never use those things, yet i always feel obligated to hang on to them. well, out they went a couple days ago. the same thing with vacuum cleaners. i often get a million attachments i never use. they went bye bye. there are lots of things that we just don't use laying around. i throw them in the dumpster or set them nearit, because we have people who go through the dumpster every day and pull out the good stuff. so, if my items can be of use to anyone, they are. if beats having to haul it all down to the good will.
