The skin is one of your body's biggest organs
through which to detox. Acne problems could
be hormonal or due to poor dietary choices and
the need to cleanse and open up the other detox
avenues like bowels and kidneys etc.

If I were you, I would probably explore
liver flushing, oil pulling, bowel cleansing,
and yes, MCing is a good way to help get clear
but it could worsen before it gets better
since the Master Cleanse is a cleanse and
so one can expect to detox through the skin
if that is the most efficient way for the
toxins to go.
