Cynicism is an attitude. There are always 2 reasons for an attitude,...a good one and a bad one. The bad breason for being cynical is out of contempt for society. The good reason for being cynical is out of DISAPPOINTMENT in society (society could be so much more than it is).
If anybody ever told you that the only reason they ask a nosy question is because they are simply CURIOUS (curious is an ATTITUDE, not a REASON) they are hiding the REASON. You have to be able to recognize what is an ATTITUDE and remember that there are REASONS for the attitude (this is called WISDOM).
I've seen too many motivational speakers capture segments of society with cute little "quips" of folk/pseudo wisdom so that they can achieve fame and glory for their ego and fill their bank account with the hearts and souls of society.
True idealists wish the world was a better place and won't settle (in their heart) for second best (you could find nobody more true blue than an idealist, even though idealism is incompatible with reality). Don't be misled by con artist heroes. Add This Message To Your CureZone Favorites!
