My Dear Enchanted Gardener,
How wonderful to find the Tibetan Buddhist gem, "The Four Immeasurables" in one of your blog messages! I came across "The Four Immeasurables" last week while in the amazingly transcendent new waiting room of a local Acupuncturist. I had made myself a note to create a blog and share these Immeasurables on CureZone. However, you have already shared them, in your blog. So thank you. And here are the Immeasurables again, just because they bear repeating:
The Four Immeasurables:
May all living beings have happiness and the causes of happiness.
May all living beings be free from suffering and the causes of
suffering.
May all living beings always rejoice in the happiness of others.
May all living beings abide in equanimity, free from attachment and
aversion.
Peace,
