People definitely love to talk about themselves. Most people are incredibly selfish and take advantage of anyone willing to listen to them. It's hard to come to terms with. But honestly, if you're not happy with the ppl you're surrounded with and they don't seem to respect you, move on to another group. Find people like yourself, they may be shyer or less outgoing/talkative as listeners, but they may make better friends. Religious/spiritual groups, hobby groups... check these out. Chances are, in the activities YOU like, there'll be people like you who also enjoy them.
Also, maybe you subconsciously attract these people to yourself because you believe that you're not worthy of being listened to. What energy we create in our thoughts we project outward. Add This Message To Your CureZone Favorites!
