Thanks for the kind words, but it wasn't like a sacrifice to join in, I just felt compelled.

Lately I have been on Curezone much less than I used to, greatly due to increased responsabilities, but also due to the exhasperating unpleasantries.  I do regret the fact that we have lost so many of the dear folks with whom we used to exchange posts often, but I think that it's probably for similar reasons as myself; life gets busy.  One thing I do know though, is that when the Christian support forum was suddenly placed in the .org site, along with the exclusively debate forums, it turned-off a lot of people (myself included), and even though that situation was subsequently changed back to regular .com status, by that time people had gotten too discouraged and never came back.  I believe this contributed to the loss of regulars more than any other issue. The forum did enjoy quite a bit of freedom for a while there, as we able to discuss anything we wanted to whether in agreement or not without overt nastyness, but I guess the changes in placement and the vibes from "the other place" was too much for some of us.

As far as moderators, there were a few very dear, wonderful and non-christian moderators, who also felt too singed by the heat and decided to be off to clearer pastures.  I shall always miss them and their wonderful input.  It really hasn't been Christians only that have felt harrassed and mistreated by others, and that's the truth.  It also bears saying, that I do not feel that my "boss" hates me, as a matter of fact, I would not have been made moderator if not for the opportunity he offered directly.  I have at times felt that he may not remember I exist, and I kow he certainly does not share my mind set on a number of things, but I would never say that he has directed anything hateful towards me.  I do wish he would be more proactive towards those who project a great deal of hatred towards others though, and especially those who are known to be on the Curezone team.

At one point in my life Curezone was instrumental in allowing me to see that I wasn't alone in the world with my views on alternative health and the corruption in the AMA and Big Pharma.  I have learned a lot that will remain with me as long as I'm on this flesh suit.  But all things have a beginning and an end under the sun, and I'm closer now to that end here on CZ than ever before.

In the meantime, I encourage you R2R to continue making use of this and any other blog sites as long as you can, same as you WT, and please...please....do not give offensive detractors any more time than they deserve, which is none at all      ;-)
