I'm doing the parasite cleanse by humaworm at the moment. I need to improve my digestion, get more energy. I just haven't been very enthusiastic and excited about being active in my life. I am basically a happy person, married to a wonderful man, living in a beautiful place. What I need is energy and desire to persue things.
And to eliminate (BM) properly so that I feel light to do that and am not scared to eat at a friend or at a restaurant because I will have indigestion.
I am also working on releasing emotional fears with EFT. That could have a lot to do with it, too. So I'm trying to cover both. I am very hopeful about humaworm, though. People have had great results in all aspects with that cleanse.
