I've stopped taking the Quinton plasma, which was the one from Canada. I have changed to DirectHealth brand of liquid vitamins, which pretty much have all the minerals, vitamins and other things such as coQ10. I am also taking amino sculpt by the DirectHealth for added protein because I am not eating meat, only dairy. I exercised for 3 months straight and hardly got any muscle. I eventually realized it was because I wasn't getting enough protein in my diet to help build muscle. Now I'm going to get my protein intake up and then go back to working out in another month.

I use the uroptahy first thing in the morning. I can tell it helps. :)
