boyfriend's mumps~!

The first 3-5 days can be the roughest
for many during the cleanse and so it
could be that you are experiencing a
detox reaction. Once you start again,
if indeed you have not contracted the
mumps, you may still experience the
feeling of discomfort but just keep
sipping your lemonade and water through
the bumps in your path and you will
reap the benefits of your efforts.

Do not feel sorry about responding to
others blogs, there is no need. That
you are blogging and working hard to
make these shifts to wellness says
