Yes, I would love a recipe for homemade kimchi~!

I have never made it myself but have a nice natural
source where I can buy it. Last year on my Master
Cleanse, the jar in the fridge yakked at me so much,
I eventually succumbed and stuck my finger in the
brine and sucked it~ ;] It was divine and of course
when I was able to have it post cleanse it tasted
as good as I had imagined. I had bought the jar new
for after the cleanse and broke the seal just for a
lick of it...ggg. So, this time, there is no kimchi
in my fridge since it WAS a distraction last summer.

I do not remember having my first kimchi but I do
remember always loving it. You must really love it
to be confessing addiction~ :)

Glad to hear you are ready, there will be a few
of us right behind you. I love summer for MCing.
Feels like its a month long lemonade picnic for
me...ggg. I will most likely stick to my fourth
teaspoon of cayenne but I may add some cayenne
tincture shots. I've been doing those some and
the tincture was not too hot at all. This will be
my third year so I am gonna nudge it around a bit.
