Hi! I have done the MC for many years....as to your questions...
It is unadvisable to do enemas...you will find the salt water flush to do the job quite nicely!
According to the book, we are not to take in anything such as vitamins and oils...lemonade only!
I don't know about the circulation thing...cayenne is supposed to help with that, however I find that it doesn't improve mine. I have Reynauds phenomenon and it really flares up while I am MC'ing. Hope this helps! Add This Message To Your CureZone Favorites!
