        You're right to rethink things, because you don't want to mess up your whole system by stressing it out. I'm definitely no expert on cleansing, as I'm just researching things at this point, so I can't tell you if your idea of doing a 3 week water fast, followed by cleansing will help you achieve your weight loss goal.

        What I wondered, was why you want to lose so much weight so fast? If it's to impress someone, or many someones, may I suggest, that's isn't the right reason? Your health is more important than what anyone thinks of your 'outsides,' so I'm still worried about you and your state of mind about weight loss. But since, like I said, I'm not an expert on any of this, please just take my comments with a grain of salt and do what you think is right for yourself.

        Maybe you could try a juice fast instead of a water fast, and use supplements, so at least you'll still get all your nutrition while you fast and your digestive system will keep working, too. Otherwise, you run the risk of hurting your colon by doing a plain water fast. I don't know what your motivation is for losing weight, but maybe you should rethink that, too. Why do you want to lose so much weight so quickly and what do you see, in your mind's eye, as being the outcome for such extreme weight loss? Do you think it will improve how someone 'sees' you? Just wondering.

        Again, please don't be offended by my comments. I'm just honestly concerned for your well being.
