is the right place for those pills. Congratulations again for doing the right thing, in my opinion! Very sorry to read about the family history - so sad about your Mom.
A herb helped me a lot with my depression years ago. Lately someone posted a report about some scientists that did some testing with this herb (called St. John´s Wort) as well as testing Prozac and came to the conclusion that they were both equally effective. The conclusion was that in fact St. John´s Wort was better because there were no side-effects. Although some people are affected with intense sun rays, I´ve heard. This side effect I did not experience. On the contrary it HELPED me lots to get thru a depressing stage of my life. I would recommend, making a tea with the herb (has to be organic) and not buying the herbs in pill-form. The pills have a whole bunch of other "ingredients" that one really does´nt need. All you do is steep the tea (start with 1 teaspoon and see if that helps) in a teapot with boiling water and let sit for at least 10 mins before drinking as much as you feel like! I never really paid much attention to amounts or time. and IT WORKED thank God!
A very happy New Year to you and your family! Add This Message To Your CureZone Favorites!
