NOTE: I stopped taking the diet pills because they didn't work and are expensive. The ones that do work, you have to keep taking and once you stop, you gain the weight right back. Diet pills are more usful for staying awake. I used them to be hyped on my old jobs. Now that I'm a nurse aide, a very physical job, a good hour of exercise before work hypes me up.
