Playing with dogma can be a form of torture... We attempt to fit ourselves into a box that is way too small with dimensions that ate defined by words but then if we don't accept some dogma then we live in spiritual anarchy that doesn't allow us to move spiritually... I have found some relief in dogma at times but often I feel a type of humiliation to hear dogma ascribed to God spewed from a pulpit or written as fact in words that attribute what I know personally is not coming from the God who is love. My over simplification of my faith is that childlike belief in that God who is love that that little children pray to when they pray to the unknown... That father/mother God who really cares for them,,,then as we become entrapped in dogma we pile lots of dogma one on top of another so much that we as human beings kill each other for a comma or a hyphenation difference in a word... I understand that seeing things as a child is a simplicity that can work...
