It's so nice to be in company of others who understand what you're going through. My hubby is taller than me, and was complaining of hitting 165! He's already back to 162, and heading toward the 155 he feels best at.
I am so excited to see the progress we are all making toward healthier, slimmer bodies. I can't wait to see myself in a pair of 16's! Another month and I may be there. It's this that keeps me going when I really want to eat.
