It's about 1pm here (in Thailand) so it's likely that 'Day 1' has been done by half already ^_^ Yesterday I had eaten a lot (as if my body knew that I won't consume any food for a while- 7 days) so last nite i got an idea to exercise along this fast together.
I started the day by doing "jumping" 7sec (100 times/sec)I was sweating a lot and felt really good after that (well, sometimes I love sweating)
I did enema with coffee (I felt a bit sick cos of light headache, neusea and stomachache- but I feel fine now :), then shower
I plan to do "jumping" every fasting day but will decrease it 1sec a day ( today 7sec, tomorrow 6sec and so on) I think this will also motivate me to stick with this fast till the last day fast, cos I will think twice (or even more) if i was tempted, depressed or anything as it will always remind me that i had done the hard work and if i quit fasting b4, all hard works will be all in vain. But if I go on sticking with this fast and exercise, everything will be better and i will be healthier then, as 'the more u get blue, the more toxins r removed, the healhier u will be , and the more self controle u have.
Good luck everyone!
