    I still haven't stepped on the scale (points for me!) but I am currently wrestling with a different problem. Feeling naseous. Seems to happen when I drink my juice. Or I am associating the sick feeling with the juice. I know the mind is powerful. I am actually afraid to drink my juice today. I was hesitant yesterday also and so I skipped my usual Garden Tonic (carrot, tomatoe, cucumber, celery, spinach, red pepper, & cabbage)and drank fresh pinneapple juice and two ounces of wheatgrass (I drink that everyday). After I drank the delicious pinneapple juice I felt fine for about 15 minutes and then the nausea hit me again. I meditated trying to keep the juice down, which I accomplished but it took a good couple hours before I felt okay again. It doesn't feel like I have a virus but maybe. I'm eliminating with no problems. I feel fine right now but I haven't had any juice yet today. I thought I'd skip the juice until later tonight. Maybe my body doesn't juice right now??  I wouldn't mind doing an only water fast but I don't want to lose my energy. That's why I chose the juice fast over the water fasting. I wanted to feel vibrant, healthy and energenic. This is new turf for me. Any insight from the community  would be greatly appreciated.

      When did you take your last enema. You might have something in your colon that's irritating. The reason for the enema is, since the colon doesn't move during the fast, to move toxins out. I know, we don't want to do those things to often. but in the case of feeling unwell, I'd even do 2 per day until it subsides. A very mild one is 1 cup of camomile tea with 1 quart or more water with 10 or so drops of lemon. Hold it in for 15 min.. Maybe you have a lot of stuff still lodged in your colon and as you fast it gets released, causing your discomfort.
      Maybe it'll pass by itself though.
