Last night I had the tea and then went to the bathroom 15 minutes.

all went well.

Today forgot the saline wash. I'm not sure if I can stomach that.

10:23 am- I'm almost done with my first cup of the lemonade. WOW. A lot spicier than I expected. I really hope I can do this

If the lemonaide is too spicy use less cayenne and work your way back up. In a day or two it won't seem strong at all (maybe the tastebuds get burned off - ha ha).
