oh my...ggg...hope its not an omen!
Things here, going good-great, Aunt Flo is packing her bags so I will feel better without her company. Been zapping whenever I am at the computer. Enjoying doing research since I come across so many interesting sites. Feel like a blood hound sniffing out specific info but I come across some neat stuff...meanwhile, killing critters in my gut with my zapper too.
Took the foot bath I recommended to someone onboard. THAT felt sooo good. Paid more attention to my water intake so was not dehydrated like the day before.
Company is coming today and I told them I was fasting and to expect I would not be eating with them. They know I do these sort of things so just said, great, will do!
My neighbor on the other hand, called me at 9:40 last night, begging me to stop and saying how worried he was. "Not normal!!", he said. "One or two days but not this!". I told him lots of people fast and knowing he is a Cowboy Church going guy, I asked him, "Who went into the desert and fasted for a long time...", AHHHH~~~ggg He replied, "I know he did, BUT YOU arent in that book!". Sigh big time...
I wrote him an email detailing my reasons for fasting so will wait to hear. Sure glad he is not related to me...I could probably feel an INTERVENTION coming on, or perhaps force feeding. He is bad too, calls me on the phone...I say hello, and he says, "I wanna WHAT-A-BURGER (major Texas burger joint, better than MickyD's) with everything and fries, NO mayo!".
I hope everyone has a successful day in fasting. Seemed yesterday was a day to stumble for some and it sorta felt like watching my kid learn to walk. You can empathize but mostly you have to watch 'em fall and get back up again. It is normal to struggle with the emotional eating. There are so many tape loops in your head which say, "noooooo, you cant tell me I cant HAVE that!". Or, "just one...".
Food is addictive. Its a good thing we NEED it or the government might make it illegal...lol...so remember what that little ET guy said to Elliot..."Be Good"!
Ah, be well friends, be happy~~~make yourself comfortable and dont forget to breathe!
blessings,
Zoe

I read a lot on that zapper but couldnt figure out if I would really need one? I don't have any health problems except overweight. Would I need one for any reason? Also, does that thing hurt? I wouldn't want to shock myself for that long if it hurts!

Hello,
My zapper does not hurt. If you look at my blog entry, "Junk in the Trunk", you will see a picture of it and a link to info which describe the benefits. I use a Terminator II and the main benefit for me, is killing parasites.
Of course you can also use herbal products to kill parasites, although, pre- or post-Master Cleanse, not during.
Parasites are epidemic in the United States and I like to swim in rivers and streams, lakes, ocean...and walk barefoot a lot so I am at a higher risk for parasites, especially the water-borne kind and so I need to be diligent in eradicating them before they call me "home"!
Here is some info on parasites and the herbal products I use to deal with them.

be happy, be well,
