Blog: Determination! Raw...Cleanse...Health...Mind!
Ok, I have tried to start this cleanse about 5 times in the last month. But now, I am so aggravated with myself, it is time to get real serious. I have a knee injury now and it is going to sideline my workouts. It is so painful I cannot do pilates or yoga. The only exercise that does not hurt is my AB LOUNGE! Well, hopefully, after this cleanse, we will see some of those abs! :)
Anyway, back to starting (failing) my day ones....I am usually really fine until I get home and start making dinner with my husband and son do I completely loose focus. I eat a meal, not bad mind you, just eating then I feel bad and it becomes a downward spiral. Well, it is now 1:45 p.m., so I think I will just go to bed early and hopefully that will get me past day 1.
I have done fasts before, 3, 6 and 18 day, wheatgrass and coconut water. I am not as clean as I was 'raw' (foodie), so I think jumping right into the lemonade cleanse is a much better route.
I just gotta do it...this blog will be therapeutic...
You all are an inspiration to me!

...for the words of encouragement. Yes, better to focus on the more 'positive' aspects than the negative aspects. Bad timing...yes, you are right! Day one almost over...going to go to bed so I don't eat...gotta drink the 'laxie' tea first...:D
