I have got to get back to my juicer; a Vita Mix 3600 Plus... Just picked up a couple of fresh pineapples, apples, some citrus and grapes today, but that will not last long... So now it is back to the store for more fresh fruits and vegies... You send me Lady... Thanks !!

Wow, those fruits sound wonderful. I have a pineapple sitting on my counter top right now begging me to juice it. Yummm...

This is the list to end all list on juices.... Thanks for your fine posts... Congratulations to being a Gardener/ grower... I always wanted to be just be a farmer; have spent much time down in south Ga... Also lived in S.C., Arkansas and Fla... Have planted trees and had a garden of some type in each of those areas...

I was happy to see that you have returned from your curezone fast.... I guess you could say! ; )
Your blogs are so informative. I am easing into juice fasting... a couple days here and there. For some reason I am having a hard time committing to a long term fast. With a couple days here and there at least I am making baby steps.
Is it okay to buy fresh squeezed juices from the health food store rather than jucing your own at every meal? With working so much I don't always have time to juice is one of my problems.

Hello,
I'm on day 3 of a 7 day juice fast at the moment for treatment of eczema.
I was hoping to tackle any parasites by taking colonix(1 month colon cleanse) and toxinout(1 month detox) soon after this fast while keeping to a light diet.
I was wondering if it might be harmfull to take colonix which is a fiber and herb based treatment so soon after the fast.
does anyone know if its dangerous to take colonix while fasting?
I'm on a juice fast now and still feel clogged up. I have a feeling colonix or fibre based treatment will not help this.
I tried a salt water flush and nothing seemed to happen..might try adding more salt next time. I am also very keen to do a liver flush. SHould this also wait till after my juuice fast..should I wait till after the colonix for this too??
ANy advice on how to combine these treatments would be greatly appreciated.

It is sad that so many go through this life with pain, suffering and anguish! When with just a little effort on the how and why of their body things would be so much better for them!
Guess that is why the Big Phar and medical systems are there racking in the money ?
When seeking the right answers would save everyone much trouble and confussion - because the Government is not going to fix much of anything!
