You have inspired me to get moving. I am preparing to start another JF, this time for 30 days. Last month I fasted for 4 days before giving in to temptation and feasting. What a letdown. For the duration of the last fast I thought about starting an online journal for my own benefit. After reading your blog weekend I have decided to go ahead and do it. Thanks!
