I woke up early this morning around 4:30 or 5:00.  This was definitely not my usual time to wake up.  However, I have been told that if you wake up around this time it often is a sign that the universe has a message for you.  Apparently, it is easier to transmit messages early in the morning as most people are asleep at that time.  I guess you can sort of say that the grid is a bit quieter.  Anyway, I was awake and could not fall back asleep so I decided to meditate.  As soon as I began, I started to receive a message.  Now this happened to be a personal message for me, but within it I found so many things that apply to most of us that I decided to share.

Here is the message:

Be at peace dear one.  The inner conflict must be ended to bring harmony and balance to your life.  You continue to allow yourself to be at dis-ease with yourself.  Why is this?  We are here to help and assist you through this process.  Call upon us in your times of need.  We are always willing to assist you.  You are not alone.  It is difficult for us to see you suffer as you are.  We wonder why you like to suffer so much.  This was never God’s intention.  God had and has many blessings in store for you in this lifetime.  We are willing to help you free yourself if you will allow us to.  Do not resist.  Throw your hands up and surrender your preconceived notions of how things will be.  Allow within your consciousness the possibilities you truly desire for your highest good and for those around you.  We will do our part once the conditions are made ripe for their creation.  We can do nothing until you create the scenarios you desire and then take action to put them in motion.  Remember, nothing is impossible with God.  We are fortunate enough to see this differently from this side of the veil.  We understand how difficult things seem and feel on your side.  We feel for you and the struggles you bear, but it is time to unburden yourself.  It is time to lighten the load…

(Right at this moment I happened to look over at the plant in my room which had completely drooped over and wilted.  I forgot to water it.  Sorry plant.)

Your plant will rise up once again and be free once action is taken and nurturing is given.  This is very true for you as well.  Nurture yourself and you shall again rise… 

 And so it is.
