The late management guru Peter Drucker recommended that you examine every part of your business regularly to determine if there is anything you are doing now that you wouldn't do again if you could start over.
What if you did this Zero-Based planning for your LIFE? If you could wipe the slate clean on January 1st, and look at your life in this way, what would you change? The real hallmark of truly successful people is not that they do more but that they can decide what they are going to stop doing. What are you going to Stop Doing on January 1st?
The beginning of a New Year offers us an opportunity to take a fresh look at where we are in our personal and business lives. It should be a time to pause, to think, to take a look at deeper things and to decide what's really important. In that process, you will discover that what you want to "be" is more significant that what you need to "do."
The relevant question in looking at any job or business is not, "What will I do?" but rather "What will I become?"

Your post mirrors my own plans for the coming year: To concentrate on what will be rather than what is.
A little reassurance goes a long way...thank you.
