The Secret To Finding True Happiness
Imagine you have a glass of water, almost
full to the brim. Now take a pitcher of water
and begin filling this glass... what do you notice?
The glass begins to overflow... there is no room.
Let's begin with a powerful question...
"Is your glass full up"?
Do you have room in your glass for fresh water
from the pitcher of Life? Or is your glass so
full with "stuff" that there is no room for the
Newness of Life?
Perhaps your glass is full with harbored emotions,
frustrations from the past, worries over the future
that even when something new and wonderful comes
your way you are not able to find room for it because
you are *full up*.
Let's take an example. I know a man who worries
a lot about finances. He never feels like he has
enough money. One day he received a small inheritance
from a distant Aunt. But somehow this made little to
no difference in how he felt on a daily basis.
Why?
Because he is *full up* with fear and there is no room
for even a good piece of news.
The only way to make room for the Newness of Life
is to release the old... and let go of what no longer
serves you well.
What in your life are you ready to let go of?
Perhaps there something wonderful just waiting to
fill that space.

Discover The Essence of You
There is a place deep within each one of us
that is peaceful and serene. This place is
known as your Essence...

You experience your Essence when you witness a
beautiful sunset over the ocean... that feeling of
Oneness with the horizon as time stands still.

to tears from listening to an artist compose music.
You've experienced your Essence when you've listened
to your Intuition and something purposeful has occurred
because you trusted yourself.
One of the most rewarding aspects of connecting
to your Essence is the feeling of deep inner peace.
It's a feeling so unique unto itself and you know
you wouldn't trade it for anything.

As with so many things in life, we can't see the forest for the trees.... I too; lack the total vision... So please let (me) us know about this Sedona Heart Essence Retreat...
