Metaphysics - Grid Travel
Reality is compromised of a matrix of electromagnetic grids - that produces holograms through which we focus our consciousness to experience.
When we grid travel we move our consciousness from one grid to another and as with Remote Viewing - you can target a subject or experience viewed in many cases - and determine your accuracy afterwards.
Both Grid Travel and Remote Viewing involve splitting your consciousness to experiencing events in two or more places at the same time and being aware of all experiences.
As with remote viewing - there are people who can gird travel naturally and others who can acquire the skill with training and learning to focus the the consciousness mind.
Simple Techniques
Keep a dated record of what you experience. You might want to set up a recorder to to be used during a session.
Find a quiet relaxing place and is free of all distractions.
Find a position that is comfortable.
Clear your mind. Relax you body.
You can be alone or with other people - who can record the session or be part of the experience with you - comparing information as you remote view or grid travel together.
The target is given. It can be anywhere on or off the planet. It is best if the information can be verified after your experience.
If you prefer to close your eyes - focus your mind on the 'screen behind your eyes' - where images will soon appear. Trust what you see. Do not question. Just go with the flow of what is shown.
With you eyes open - focus your mind on information given about the target as if received telepathically.
Locate the target - sometimes given by coordinates such as latitude and longitude.
Once you are at the target - even if you believe this to be a visualization - begin to observe.
Focus on what is going on - sights, sounds, activity of an kind.
You are merely the observer and should never interact in the situation you are viewing.
You can verbally communicate what you are viewing into the tape recorder or to someone who records the information received.
Practice as often as you like. each time - your ability to get details will increase - for as with all other tolls - you can develop and fine tune your skills with practice.
With remote viewing -you might want to practice with a friend who drives to a target location which you must pinpoint.
Once you can accomplish location - you might want to determine what the friend is wearing or doing.
If you are grid traveling - you might want to venture into space and look at the heavnes and positions of the planets - stars - ect. which can later be verified at the time you remoted viewed. Verification also comes from seeing objects sent into space and their positions - or asteroids - meteors - etc. You could possibly verify what you see with a telescope after you are finished.
If you wish to grid travel / remote viewing beyond this reality - keep a dated record of what is shown as it may one day mean something to you.
To move through the grids is to experience sound - light - color - geometric shapes - objects in motion - at different levels of frequency - many of which may make no sense at your level of conscious awareness - but could awaken something in your genetic code - your DNA - that which holds the blueprint of your experience here - the program of your experiences.
Remote viewing and grid traveling are not for everyone - but once successful at it - can bring much needed information and fine tune your psychic abilities.
